Polical Desk: BNP leader withdraws case against The case filed against former Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina, former CEC Kazi Habibul Awal, and five local journalists in Tangail on charges of dummy elections and vote theft has been withdrawn. An unknown 150-200 people were named as accused in the case. On Wednesday, plaintiff Kamrul Hasan applied to the Chief Judicial Magistrate Bhuiyanpur Upazila Amli Court to withdraw the case.
