Intense excitement has arisen surrounding the face-off between the two long-time rivals, India and Pakistan, in the Asia Cup. The level of this excitement has risen so much that strict security arrangements are being put in place at the venue. Therefore, ahead of the India-Pakistan match, Dubai police have issued a stern warning to the supporters.

It has been stated in a statement that any form of violence, abuse, or racist behavior inside the stadium will not be tolerated at all. Today, there will be a face-off between the two eternal rivals at the Dubai International Stadium.

Ahead of the match, Major General Saif Muhair Al Mazrouei, Chairman of the Dubai Police Event Security Committee, stated that violators could face imprisonment for 1 to 3 months and fines ranging from 10,000 to 30,000 dirhams (approximately 3.5 lakh to nearly 10 lakh Bangladeshi Taka).

Dubai police have called for maintaining discipline among the spectators and demonstrating positive behavior. According to the authorities, immediate legal action will be taken against any irregularities to ensure security and maintain the environment of the stadium.

It is worth mentioning that due to the terrorist attack in Pahalgam, Jammu and Kashmir and the subsequent military tensions, there are calls to boycott the match in India this time. This could also have an impact on the grounds in Dubai. Therefore, as a precaution, the Dubai police have issued a warning in advance.
