Ashrafuzzaman Sarkar, Gaibandha:- A discussion meeting titled Dengue Prevention, Cleanliness Drive was held at the temporary office of the Social Welfare Organization in Palashbari, Gaibandha.

On the afternoon of August 15 (Friday), a discussion meeting was held at the temporary office of the organization, Bairi Harinmari, under the chairmanship of Golzar Sarkar Rajib. Adv. Halim Sarkar JP, Judge Court Gaibandha, Advisor to Palashbari Social Welfare Organization, was present as the chief guest in the discussion meeting.
In his speech as the chief guest, he said that now is the rainy season, water accumulates in polythene and coconut shells around the house. Due to which dengue-carrying mosquitoes breed more. We will always keep our house clean and tidy. We will be safe from the outbreak of dengue and make people aware. Finally, he wished the organization continued success.
Also present on the occasion were the advisors of the organization Shahajan Mia, Sajib Mia, President of the voluntary organization Bashundhara Shuvo Sangha Md. Suruj Haque Liton, journalists Milan Mondal, Rabiul Islam, Omar Faruk, members of the organization Rubel, Jisan, Raju, Ripon, Rubel and other members of the organization.
It is worth noting that the Palashbari Social Welfare Organization has been carrying out social service activities for a long time. Therefore, the organization has made a special place in the minds of the people of Palashbari through these various social works.
