Keeping its promise of settling claims in the fastest possible time, the company is currently settling 95 percent of claims in just three working days. To further reduce the time, the company has taken various technology-based initiatives.
The release said that 12.6 million people in the country are currently enjoying the insurance protection of Guardian Life. This includes the workforce of more than 500 domestic and multinational companies. The company offers four types of insurance services – retail, microinsurance, digital and group insurance.
After launching bancassurance in March 2024, Guardian quickly moved forward in this sector as well. According to market research, Guardian Life accounted for 79 percent of total sales in the bancassurance sector as of December 2024.
