Google CEO Sundar Pichai has announced a new start to 2025. He said that Google will be busy with changes to its search engine throughout the new year. At the New York Times Dealbook Summit, he said, “Early next year, Google will be adding new features to its search engine that will surprise you. I think we will be able to answer complex questions that have never been possible before.”
This information was revealed in a report by The VergRecently, in a podcast by Norges Bank Investment Management, Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella said that Google should have won the AI battle. In response to Satya Nadella’s comments, Sundar Pichai said, “We are working on our own model. Microsoft relies on someone else’s model. Microsoft is partnering with OpenAI in their AI activities.” He called for a side-by-side comparison of the capabilities of Google and Microsoft’s AI models.e.
