Democratic Student Union announces program regarding July Uprising
The Bangladesh Democratic Student Union has announced a series of programs to capture and spread the spirit of the July Uprising. These programs were announced at a press conference held at the Madhur Canteen of Dhaka University on Tuesday afternoon.

Zahid Ahsan, Member Secretary of the Democratic Student Union, announced the programs at the press conference. According to the announcement, these programs will start from July 4 and continue until August 5.
The programs include a discussion meeting with the Dhaka University Journalists Association titled ‘Sahasi Janduk Samiti: Abhyutthaner Dinlipi’ on July 4; felicitation and exchange of views of journalists, human rights activists and professionals on July 7.
Then, as part of the ‘Meeting with Relatives’ program on July 7-14, visiting the graves of martyrs and meeting the families of martyrs and injured people; observing the day titled ‘Darkness Dispelled by Women’s Leadership’ on July 14 and organizing a ‘Women’s Carnival’ on July 15.
July 16-17 will be observed as Dhaka University Resistance Day; On July 18, there will be an exchange of views with the protesters of private universities and on July 18-25, the ‘July 36 Inter-University Cricket Tournament’ will be organized.
On July 21, there will be an exchange of views with madrasa students; on July 23, felicitation of July-related organizations; on July 25, a celebration with street children, laborers and rickshaw pullers who participated in the uprising; and on July 26, a graffiti painting program will be organized across the country.
In addition, ‘July Exhibition’ will be organized at Curzon Hall, TSC and Mall Square of Dhaka University from July 31-36; the program will be concluded with ‘Flag Move’ on July 33 (August 2) and ‘Victory March’ on July 36 (August 5).
