Country is gradually falling into the clutches of imperialism: CPB
The Communist Party of Bangladesh (CPB) has accused the interim government of making various anti-national agreements. The party leaders have said that the country is gradually falling into the clutches of imperialism. Through this, Bangladesh will become a battlefield for imperialism in the future. The United States, which opposed the great liberation war, wants to delay the country’s progress by imposing tariffs.

Apart from this, the CPB leaders also believe that there is no improvement in the anarchic law and order situation in the country. According to them, they are trying to postpone the national elections by creating such a situation.
The CPB leaders made these remarks at a protest rally in front of the National Press Club on Thursday afternoon. The rally was chaired by CPB President Mohammad Shah Alam and addressed by the party’s General Secretary Ruhin Hossain (Prince) and Presidium member Sajjad Zahir. The rally was moderated by CPB Central Committee Secretary Luna Noor. Later, the CPB gave this information in a press release.
The CPB has alleged that the interim government has made secret anti-national agreements with the United States. Demanding the cancellation of this agreement, the CPB said that the interim government made a secret agreement with the United States that is against the country, without considering the opinions of the people, which the countrymen will not accept in any way.
The CPB also demanded that the evil attempt to provide a corridor for Rakhine and the plot to launch a UN human rights mission in Bangladesh be stopped from the rally.
At the rally, the CPB leaders said that after the mass uprising, the people thought that the secret agreements made with various countries would be open to the people and would be canceled.
However, it appears that the interim government is still continuing it. Rather, the current government has made a secret agreement with the United States outside its jurisdiction and is involved in a plot to allow the launch of a UN human rights mission. The people of Bangladesh did not put the interim government in power to do these things. There is a different purpose in such activities.
After the protest rally, CPB leaders and activists held a protest march from the Press Club to Paltan. They observed a minute of silence in memory of those who died in the plane crash at Milestone School and College in Uttara at Paltan intersection.
