Lima Khan earlier told Prothom Alo that they initially learned that the aircraft had crashed on the roof of the Milestone College canteen. Three units are working there. A Bangladesh Air Force training aircraft crashed into a building at Milestone School and College in Uttara. A Prothom Alo reporter went to the scene and saw that members of the army, fire service and air force were conducting rescue operations at the scene. Parents, relatives and excited people of the school children are gathering around the school.
A parent named Lucky Akhter, who was at the scene, told Prothom Alo, ‘His two children used to study here. We managed to get the elder child out. However, the younger child is still trapped.’ He is unable to communicate with her.
Another parent named Ferdousi Begum said that her daughter is trapped inside. She is unable to communicate with her daughter.

Currently, eight units from Uttara, Tongi, Pallabi, Kurmitola, Mirpur, and Purbachal fire stations are working.
