Air Force peacekeeping contingent replaced in Central African Republic
The Bangladesh Air Force is replacing 125 Air Force peacekeepers with the contingent deployed in the United Nations Peacekeeping Mission in the Central African Republic, MINUSCA. As part of the replacement program, 125 members of the Air Force left Dhaka for the African Republic on Thursday in a chartered UN aircraft (Ethiopian Airlines).

This Armed Military Utility Helicopter Unit of the Air Force is led by Air Commodore Imranur Rahman. Assistant Chief of Air Staff (Administration) Air Vice Marshal Rusad Din Ashad was present at the airport to bid them farewell.
