According to the fact-finding committee report, Benazir Ahmed’s admission form was filled in blue ink at document serial number 54; but the total marks were written in black ink in the box of her educational degree BA (Pass). The fact-finding committee stated in the investigation report that Benazir had given false information in the form to take unfair advantage.

The report further states that according to DBA rules, it is mandatory to have at least 50 percent marks in undergraduate and postgraduate educational qualifications; but since Benazir Ahmed did not meet that condition, she failed to meet the admission requirements.
