Many of them may be released in a day or two. Stating that the condition of the burn patients may change from time to time, Mohammad Nasir Uddin said that some of the 13 patients in the severe category may move to the intermediate category in the coming days. Eight people are currently receiving treatment in the ICU.

In response to a question at the time, Professor Mohammad Nasir Uddin said that they had a meeting with the Singaporean and Indian medical teams. They are taking medical decisions through a multidisciplinary board. At the same time, they may have a meeting with the medical team from China tomorrow, he said.

The director of the Burn Institute said that there is no need for blood at the moment. They are also not accepting skin donations for the time being. Apart from this, many people want to give financial assistance, but that is also not necessary. The government is bearing all the medical expenses.

Last Monday afternoon, an Air Force training fighter jet crashed into a two-story building of Milestone School and College. The Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) reported that 31 people were killed and 165 were injured in the incident. Later, three more people who were injured in the incident died. Thus, the total number of deaths in the incident stood at 34.

Meanwhile, based on the updated information received by 10:30 am today, the Health Department said that the number of people killed in the incident has stood at 29. Later, two more people died at the National Burn Institute. According to their estimate, the number of deaths in the incident is 31.

In addition, Milestone School and College authorities said in a statement today that a total of 22 people were killed in the plane crash. Two more died later at the National Burn Institute. According to their estimate, the death toll in the incident has reached 24.
