Abdul Haque, a resident of Nawab Road area, filed a case on Wednesday on charges of attacking and looting the Mahmud Complex in Kadamtali, South Surma, Sylhet on Tuesday afternoon. In it, 60 to 70 people have been named as unidentified accused, while 15 people have been named.

He is not involved in the incident in any way. Since his area is in South Surma, Sylhet, his name was mentioned as the instigator to create political hatred.
Officer-in-charge of South Surma Police Station in Sylhet, Mizanur Rahman said that due to a dispute over land, a chase took place between the two parties on Tuesday. On receiving the information, the police went to the spot and removed the two parties from there and calmed the situation. He said that one party filed a case in this incident on Wednesday. A person named Sultan Ahmed was arrested in this case and sent to jail through the court.
